I had daily micro aggressions…..

I once worked at xxx in London and had daily racial micro aggressions.

I mentioned to HR I thought that someone was racist.

The HR director, a white male, said that I can’t say that and I’ll be sued if I ever say anything again.

Lesson? Never give up. Look for another company who’s culture isn’t toxic.

How you moved forward? I left Sad that this will never change. If this happens to anyone record the conversation and move on.
